Domestic Shipping (in India)

• Our courier partners can deliver orders to 16000+ pin codes in India.

• All Prepaid Orders/Online Order Payments above ₹.5000-7000(INR)(Depending on Customer's Delivery area Pincode) are eligible for Free Shipping.

• Summarized Domestic India region Shipping Cost is Subject to change based on various economic changes and rate hikes/ increase:

  • Upto 0.50 Kg.(Standard Delivery)- ₹. 75.00/-​(INR)

  • 0.50 Kg. to 1 kg.- ₹. 150.00/-​(INR)

  • From 1 kg. to Every additional weight- ₹. 150.00/- flat rate.​(INR)+ ₹. 75.00/-​(INR)

• All Cash on Delivery(cod) orders is charged a flat shipping fee of ₹.75.00/-​(INR) addition to above mentioned standard delivery charges based on space/weight.

• Cash on delivery is subject to serviceability from our courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

• It takes approx. 3 - 7 working days to deliver your order to your doorstep. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Flight delays, Political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, our customer support proactively will be in touch with you to inform you of any upcoming delays.  Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to the delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order is canceled from the Seller’s side, the refund amount will be processed as soon as the order is successfully canceled and may reflect in your bank records in 3 -7 business working days.

Why we charge Delivery fees from Customer?

• Delivery of the products in some remote parts of Urban and Semi-Urban and rural areas are difficult to be traced even via pincode and landmarks, Hence the fragile category products always need professional handling experience which may also be impacted if the Courier partner of your area is not performing well and has a bad service Track record/ reviews. hence, we choose professional delivery partners to successfully deliver the goods at your door step.

 

Shipping Internationally

• We ship across the globe which takes 10 to 14 business days. Real-time shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the total weight of the parcel. For international delivery, you will be contacted separately by 'Cherry Crafts India' for applicable rates.

• All local taxes and customs duties are charged extra by the Shipping carrier based on your respective country. These customs duties and local taxes are to be borne exclusively by the buyer. The Design Cart will not be responsible for any clearance of parcels stuck due to local taxes and import customs duties. We will however facilitate the conversation with the courier partner for early clearance of parcels. Most countries allow import up to a certain amount without any duty. This amount is called De Minimis values. Please check the following link to know the De Minimis values of your respective country. Country-wise De Minimis Values.
