We have an online payment facility for all cards and net banking and UPI, No EMI facility is available.

​Process of payment

1. Every Customer is restricted to 2 quantities of the same product to purchase, as it is on-demand handmade products. For more order quantity you can contact us on WhatsApp- +91 9619368369. 

 

Note- Due to the high demand for gems stones and other jewelry materials, there might be a mismatch in-stock availability, for such cases, where the product is out of stock, your order will get canceled from the Seller's side and the customer will get a full refund (refund due to seller's side cancelation will be sent to the original mode of payment done by the customer during purchase, within 4 to 5 working days). For more details please refer to the detailed policy under 'Terms and Conditions.

2. While interacting on WhatsApp, please mention- ITEM NO/SKU: ORDER NO generated if any, or your User id to trace the abandoned cart. Further details will be verified by our customer service staff.

3. For bulk orders, or any queries you can contact us on call or chat or WhatsApp call, before finalizing your cart items.

In the case of online payment refunds, the refunds can take up to 7 business days after receipt of the unused product back to the seller's location. Please refer to detailed policy information by 'Clicking here'.

In case we don't receive the payment you would need to submit proof from the bank.

For UPI transactions, refunds take up to 2 working days.
